My apologies for not writing all week, but I have a good and valid reason for my absence. Pain. Pain is the reason I’ve been gone, but now that I have some temporary relief, I have to share the story. That’s what this blog is for right?
My, my, my how quickly things change. A few months ago, before moving to Atlanta, my weekends were full of liquor, leisure, and laziness. But since moving out of my dads house and into my own, I’m learning that while weekends can still be full of liquor, leisure and laziness… there are many other kinds of weekends you can enjoy. This past weekend, I had a “domesticated weekend.” What’s that? Well let me explain….
I have really fallen in love with this cooking thing. I love going on Pinterest and finding so many different recipe ideas. I have never been much of a cook (I have so many stories to tell of how I’ve ruined meals) but since moving to Atlanta, I have really enjoyed trying new dishes. This latest meal, Italian Chicken, Mushroom and Zucchini Skillet, is another that I wanted to share with my readers. Mostly because its was SOOOO good, and secondly, because it is so easy to make. Let’s get cooking.
You can never guess what’s going on in the mind of The Baby. It always just one surprise after another. This Sunday morning was more a shock to my system than I could have imagined, but a great one all the same.
