Well, well, well…. Long time no post. For good reason though. I never have been the type of blogger to blog just for the sake of blogging. I refuse to post, unless I have something worth posting about. Who wants to hear me ramble about nothing. No, let’s blog with a purpose. Blog when I have something to share. With that being said….. I have something to share! This weekend past, I had the pleasure of attendings Outkast’s #ATLast homecoming concert…. and booooyyyyyyyyy did we have a ball!
Ever since I moved into my apartment, I have wanted a crockpot. Especially after I became addicted to Pinterest, where the majority of their recipes were for crockpots, my want for one only grew. Well, I finally got one, and the wait was definitely worth it.
Saturday, September 13th, 2014 was One Music Fest. An annual event that brings together the top performers at Atlanta’s Lakewood Ampitheater. This was the event’s 5th year, and they did not skimp on the quality of performers on the bill. I happened to have two tickets to the show and I couldn’t wait to go. After attending… it was everything I wanted it to be.
I am always getting into it with Radio Personalities. Like the one time T-Roy on 93.3 The Beat, called me out on air and starting ranking on me during the 5 o’clock ride out. Or the other time Charlemagne the God of the Breakfast Club went in on me after I met him on my trip to Jamaica. Something about me and the radio personalities don’t always mesh. Well I recently got into it with everyone’s favorite comedian Rickey Smiley and figured I’d share…since it’s documented and everything.
Books are life changing. They can take you away to places you never imagined. Books are great. And the latest book I read, I just had to share with my loyal readers. It helped me so much in my life, and I’m hoping I’d maybe the same for yours.
